This small set of tunnels and caverns south of Evenhold is the property of the Guild of Free Adventurers which uses the site as a training area for inexperienced members. The natural caverns that snake down through the coastal bluff have been partially refined into corridors, crude cells, and a handful of finished chambers, and are kept stocked by the guild with a variety of aggressive creatures for adventurers to fight. The cave ultimately exits onto the rocky shore of a small, hidden cove known to be frequented by pirates. Those wishing to enter the cave must be approved by the guild's Knight Marshal.
