Great East Road

One of the busiest thoroughfares in the Kingdom of Evenhold is the "Great East Road" which connects the city of Evenhold with the kingdom's eastern provinces and the lands beyond.

The road begins in Evenhold where the Avenue of Swords exits the city. It runs east past the Phracian Fields and across a bridge over the Zyphur River, then through the southern reaches of Cynwood to the town of Nellzon. It continues east through rural Evenshire, along the shores of Tirmere, and then into Harrickshire and through the town of Ockham. From here it passes through the rolling lands of Ravencliff and the Vorlander trading-towns of Duzzledorf and Belvarus. Climbing into the Jarlschlager Range it crosses the Duchy of Grunewalde, winds through the Axecleft Pass, then down the far side of the range through the city of Griswald and into the plains of Nexdor (where it's known simply as the Great Road). From here it continues still further east, crossing Malboria and ultimately disappearing into the vast plains of the Spicelands.
