Calibeth was the eldest daughter of Corlis III, ruler of the Kingdom of Evenhold, and the twin sibling of Charlast. When Corlis died in 193, both Calibeth and Charlast laid claim to the throne. Their conflict sparked the War of Anharic Succession and resulted in the downfall of the House of Anharos.
Following the war, the ruling Council of Twelve banished both siblings from the kingdom. Calibeth journeyed east into the Spicelands with a small band of loyal supporters, but her ultimate fate is unknown.
