The Third Ruin was the third occurrence in the Cycle of Ruin, peaking around the year 14200 BA roughly 2,300 years after the second. Historians believe this to have been the most severe and destructive of all the Ruins, with as much as three quarters of Addar's population (and much of the population of the world as a whole) perishing in as little as one month.
