Rifts have kept the worlds of Eamon and Earth connected for millennia, and the people who pass through to the lands of Addar from their homes in Europe, Asia, Africa, and elsewhere inevitably bring their religious practices with them. Terrestrial religions have never gained significant followings in Eamon, but their practice continues in small pockets, chiefly among the descendants of immigrants from Earth.
Though terrestrial faiths are inconsistent with the official religion of Evenhold (the worship of Alaxar) the kingdom's rulers generally permit their practice but discourage it among the ruling classes.
