The T'Zzanti (🔊) were counted among the Great Old Ones who occupied Eamon for hundreds of thousands of years before the Great Battle of Darkness. They possessed profound powers of illusion and could trap beings in dreams so real they were indistinguishable from reality.
A collective entity, the T'Zzanti physically consisted of many thousands of individual bodies, each one like a flat, black slug the size of a hand. Whether together or distributed, the T'Zzanti operated with a singular will.
In the centuries leading up to the Great Battle of Darkness, the T'Zzanti exercised their powers against Agamon, herald of Alaxar, secretly twisting his perceptions and later infesting his form. At the height of battle, they compelled Agamon to turn on his own forces, injuring the goddess Brynne and killing many allied fighters.
