Stretching east from Addar are the Magic Seas, a region unfamiliar to most Addarans and known to the luminaries of Evenhold mainly through ancient and fragmentary maps recovered from the ruins of the Old Empires. Its extents have not been reliably charted, but it's known that the hourglass-shaped continent of Orashta lies somewhere beyond it to the east, a land thought to be ruled by sorcerers.
