The Gulf of Hedrin is a deep inlet of the Silver Seas that stretches nearly 600 miles into the interior of the continent of Addar, separating the Plain of Srevi from the more mountains regions to the east.

Smaller in prehistoric times, the gulf grew considerably around 20,000 years ago when the Great Old Ones destroyed the nation of Tasavalta in the First Ruin. The cataclysm collapsed the lands near the mouth of the gulf, allowing water to rush deep inland all the way to what is now the city of Ishvatur.
