The Bittersleet is a major river of Addar, flowing from the Carnivorous Forest northeast through Perrenor and the wilds beyond, and ultimately reaching the shadow of the great Floating Island. It feeds into a chain of lakes along the edges of the shadow and ultimately drains into the Magic Seas east of the continent.
