The castle and palace of Bardshill, named for Bard's Hill upon which the Crown District of Evenhold stands, is the official residence of the ruler of the Kingdom of Evenhold and the most fortified site in the city. The king holds court in its great hall and his ministers, guards, and courtiers live and work in the castle and surrounding buildings.
