Loathia is one of the nearest of the Western Isles, close enough to Addar to allow easy trade and travel with the continent. The Loathian people are predominantly humans with varying degrees of mixed orcish lineage, widely praised as skilled crafters and able fighters but maligned by some as devious or untrustworthy.
The island's principal port is Myrrysh. Relatively few ships travel west beyond the island for fear of pirates and monsters that prowl the archipelago.
