The Fellspawn Caverns are a network of underground chambers and passages that stretch below the Shadow Mountains north of Behlos City and were once home to a colony of dwarves who shaped many of the caves into grand chambers, temples, and living quarters. The Fellspawn Caverns are now abandoned save for a few scattered monsters.
