The Creator Deities were four mighty, primeval gods from the elemental planes who eons ago formed and shaped Eamon into a life-sustaining world. Representing earth, air, fire, and water, the gods were competitive and argumentative, but hoped that building the world together would help them achieve harmony. Instead their disagreements grew and the four fought to the death in what is now known as the Sea of Death west of Addar.
Lumenite tradition holds that the creative elemental energies of the slain gods persisted in the world, and that this gave rise to a subsequent generation of lesser deities, many of which still inhabit Eamon.
