Buddhism originated on Earth roughly 2,500 years ago and in common with other terrestrial religions made its way to Eamon through the migration of adherents, though it's unclear exactly when this first occurred. Buddhists have as their goal the attainment of nirvana — a state free from desire, suffering, and the cycle of death and reincarnation — and work to achieve it through meditation, kindness, and good works.
