The busy port city of Aksha (🔊), nestled below the sharp, coastal mountains west of the Cliffs of Fire, is an enclave within the Kingdom of Evenhold owned and controlled by the distant seafaring empire of Tanjid. Founded more than a millennium ago, it was established as a northern outpost for Tanjidi trade and diplomacy, with the nation's ownership of the city formalized in the third century through agreements with Evenhold.
Today the city is home to Tanjidi diplomats, explorers, and tradesmen, as well as to many Evenholders who do business with them.
